Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Mechanical MEP Estimation Engineer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for MEP systems, specifically mechanical works, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting, mainly in fit-out and construction projects.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed material take-offs from drawings and specifications Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting systems Analyze project specifications, drawings, and tender documents Coordinate with suppliers/subcontractors for price quotations Work closely with the design and procurement teams for alignment on technical and commercial inputs Participate in tender submissions and value engineering Support in variation claims and cost breakdowns
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 3-4 years of UAE experience in MEP estimation (preferably fit-out projects) Proficiency in
AutoCAD
, MS Excel Solid knowledge of local market rates and supplier base Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing system design and installation Ability to work independently under tight deadlines Good communication and coordination skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
