Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Freelance Mechanical Estimation Engineer

with

5+ years of UAE experience

to support our projects on a remote, part-time basis. The role involves preparing accurate cost estimates and quantity take-offs for a wide range of mechanical systems across multiple project types.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for

HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, and Firefighting systems

Perform quantity take-offs based on drawings, specifications, and tender documents Analyze project requirements, drawings, and technical specifications Coordinate with project and procurement teams when required Ensure estimates align with UAE market rates, standards, and regulations

Requirements:

Minimum

5+ years of hands-on estimation experience in the UAE

Strong knowledge of UAE codes, specifications, and market pricing Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setup
Freelance Estimation Engineer - Fit-Out / Interiors

We are looking for a skilled

Freelance Fit-Out Estimation Engineer

with

5+ years of UAE experience

to support cost estimation for interior fit-out projects on a remote, part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for

interior fit-out works

Estimate costs for

commercial, retail, office, and high-end residential projects

Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents Develop accurate pricing based on UAE market rates and materials Support tender submissions and value engineering exercises when required

Requirements:

Minimum

5 years of fit-out estimation experience in the UAE

Strong understanding of interior finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and fit-out processes Excellent skills in MS Excel and estimation tools Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
