Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

MEP Estimation Engineer

with strong knowledge in

MEP cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tender pricing

for construction and fit-out projects. The candidate must be capable of handling

MEP estimates independently

as per UAE standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare

detailed MEP cost estimates

for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works Develop

BOQs, cost plans, and tender documents

Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender requirements Prepare

material take-offs

and labor cost calculations Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for

pricing and quotations

Evaluate bids and prepare

comparison statements

Support project team during

post-tender and value engineering

Ensure estimates comply with

UAE authority requirements

(DM, DEWA, DCD, DDA, Trakhees)

Requirements:



Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Minimum

3-5 years UAE experience

in MEP estimation Strong knowledge of

MEP systems

(HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical, ELV) Proficient in

BOQ preparation and rate analysis

Good knowledge of

UAE market rates and suppliers


Software Skills:



MS Excel (Advanced) AutoCAD (for quantity take-off) Estimation software knowledge is an advantage

Skills & Competencies:



Strong analytical and numerical skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good communication and coordination skills
