We are looking for a skilled MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Estimator to join our team. This role involves preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP systems in construction projects, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing installations. The estimator will analyze project plans and specifications, calculate material and labor costs, and prepare detailed bids for MEP components. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, estimation software experience, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Review MEP drawings and project specifications to develop cost estimates.
Analyze labor, materials, and equipment needed for MEP systems.
Prepare comprehensive and competitive bids for MEP projects.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for cost-effective pricing.
Adjust estimates based on project changes and client requirements.
Assist in budget management and cost control during project execution.
Qualifications:
Experience in MEP estimation or a related field.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
