Job description -
Review and analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
Carry out detailed quantity take-off for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV, and related MEP services.
Identify material, equipment, and subcontractor requirements for pricing.
Prepare BOQs, cost breakdowns, and detailed estimation sheets.
Request, follow up, and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate with engineering teams to clarify technical queries and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with tender requirements.
Update and maintain vendor price lists, market rates, and historical cost data.
Assist in value engineering exercises and propose cost-effective alternatives.
Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and clarification sessions as required.
Ensure all estimates are completed within tender deadlines with accuracy and reliability.
Support management in finalizing pricing strategies and bid submissions.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
* estimation engineer: 4 years (Preferred)
