About the Role

We are looking for a skilled

MEP Estimation Engineer

with experience in interior fit-out projects to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and supporting the tendering process for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works.

Key Responsibilities

Review project drawings, specifications, and scope to prepare detailed MEP cost estimates. Quantify materials, equipment, and labor requirements for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Prepare BOQs, tender documents, and cost breakdowns for fit-out projects. Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and ensure competitiveness and compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams for technical and commercial inputs. Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives. Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for tenders. Maintain an updated database of suppliers, subcontractors, and material costs.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2-5 years of experience in

MEP estimation

within the

interior fit-out or construction industry

in the UAE. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/tendering software. Strong understanding of MEP systems and UAE standards. Excellent analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously under tight deadlines.
