Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze project drawings, specifications, and BOQs for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works.
Prepare accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and pricing for tenders and ongoing projects.
Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and competitive pricing.
Evaluate cost variations and value engineering opportunities.
Support the tendering team in bid preparation and submission.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure cost accuracy and project profitability.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 3-7 years of experience in MEP estimation within the UAE construction industry.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and local market rates.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and cost estimation/take-off software (e.g., PlanSwift).
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
