MEP Estimation Engineer
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works in interior fit-out projects.
Review project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure technical and commercial alignment.
Evaluate subcontractor quotations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Prepare value engineering proposals as needed.
Requirements:
5 to 10 years of
UAE experience
in MEP estimation specifically within the
interior fit-out industry
.
Strong knowledge of
HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
.
Experience with
Fire Fighting and Fire alarm (FF/FA)
systems is a
plus
.
Proficient in estimation software and MS Office Suite.
