Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented
MEP Estimation Engineer
with2 years of UAE experience
in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing estimation. The ideal candidate will support our tendering and project planning teams by preparing accurate cost estimates and technical proposals.Key Responsibilities:
Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents for MEP works. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates. Coordinate with local suppliers and subcontractors for pricing. Evaluate project risks and suggest cost-effective solutions. Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals. Support project managers during bidding and execution phases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). Minimum
2 years of UAE experience
in MEP estimation. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. Strong analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with UAE market rates and supplier networks.Job Type: Full-time
