Job Title:

Mechanical Estimation Engineer - Pipeline, Sewerage, Gas & Water Line Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled

Mechanical Estimation Engineer

with proven experience in

pipeline works

, including

sewerage, gas, and water line projects

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing

project drawings

, reviewing tender documents, and supporting the pre-construction process for utility infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical works including pipelines, sewerage lines, gas lines, and water line networks. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates. Review tender documents and prepare bid submissions. Coordinate with the design, procurement, and project teams to ensure alignment on project scopes and costs. Perform quantity take-offs, material pricing, and labor costing. Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations for inclusion in tenders. Track and maintain database of cost data and historical project costs.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum

03 years of experience

in estimation for pipeline, sewerage, gas line, and water line infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of utility pipeline systems and mechanical site works. Proficient in estimation software such as

AutoCAD, MS Excel, Primavera, or CCS Candy

(as applicable). Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (local and international). Strong analytical and numerical skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with

GCC or Middle East

projects (if applicable). Knowledge of

local tendering procedures and pricing

. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
