Mep Estimation Engineer
Job Description
1) Preparation of Evaluation of Tender / Contract documents and Bill of Quantities & Quantity take-off.
2) Quantification of Variations as per revised drawings / specification and follow-up with Main Contracts / Project Managers for Site Work Instruction. (SWI)
3) Preparation of Preliminary estimation, Budget estimation, Detailed estimation (With Rate Analysis) Insurance claims and administration.
4) Visiting site / attending pre-bid meetings.
5) Sending enquiries and obtaining prices, analyze prices, prepare material and labor cost estimation and bid price
6) Conducting negotiations, Identification of cost or pricing data submitted during the negotiations and relied upon in reaching a settlement.
7) Preparation of List of Technical Queries for Consultant/Client clarification.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

MEP: 3 years (Required)
License/Certification:
UAE Driving (Preferred)
