Job Description
We are looking for a
qualified and experienced MEP Engineer
to join our team forfit-out and renovation projects
across villas, apartments, and commercial spaces in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise
MEP works
for fit-out projects including: Villa renovations Apartment renovations Commercial fit-outs CoordinateHVAC, plumbing, and electrical works
at site Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards Attend site meetings and prepare reports as requiredRequirements:
3 to 4 years of UAE experience
in fit-out or renovation projects Strong hands-on experience in: HVAC systems Plumbing systems Electrical works Good knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations Ability to manage multiple site activities independently Strong communication and coordination skillsSalary & Benefits:
