Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
MEP Engineer
with 3-5 years of experience in construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, execution, and coordination of allMechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing
systems across our sites.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate MEP works across multiple project sites. Review and verify MEP design drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to ensure system integration. Oversee installation and commissioning of MEP systems in accordance with project schedules and quality standards. Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and progress monitoring. Provide technical support during pre-construction and construction phases. Identify design discrepancies and propose effective solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related field). 3-5 years of proven experience in MEP engineering within the construction and real estate sector. Strong knowledge of building services systems, codes, and industry best practices. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design and analysis software. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
