We are a Doorsec Technical Services and we are looking for a Mechanical Engineer.

The role will be actively involved in the assigned projects and will sit within the Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing team. The role will concentrate on the FM work.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 2+ years of experience in a similar role Demonstrated knowledge of specific discipline techniques, procedure, codes of practice and relevant international standards Demonstrated experience and capability in all aspects of relevant discipline engineering Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive client relationship and professional image Ability to understand, identify and assess project risk Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written Ability to organize, lead, and motivate people Thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, BMS and HAP Cooling Load Software is desirable.
Responsibilities

Research, planning, design, and development of building engineering systems related to Mechanical Engineering Conduct reviews of engineering options and evaluations to validate the robust nature of new products and design solutions. Obtain project related approvals from the relevant local authorities. Work on activities at project level within own field of responsibility. Conduct design studies to address specific design problems and challenges. Prepare and take responsibility for project mechanical engineering solutions for detailed design. Prepare Technical Specifications and check the work and specifications of the team to ensure high standards are met and exceeded. Prepare technical designs and calculations. Develop strong client relationships and secure repeat and new business. Prepare Technical proposals and Mechanical design reports. Prepare and deliver staff evaluations for the MEP division including staff performance and workload allocation Be able to present to clients
