Mep Engineer (electrical / Mechanical)
Job Description
1. Managing for all MEP related works (Electrical LV, ELV, Fire Alarm, Emergency System & Plumbing works (Water Supply & Drainage Networks) for the assigned projects which include drawings and materials approval from consultants and DEWA & ADDC, site monitoring and site follow ups for its progress.
2.Organize and attend technical meetings with client and consultants to discuss shop drawings, material submittals and method statements as necessary.
3.Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day management of the project.
4.Responsible for Installation, Testing and commissioning for MDB'S, SMDB'S, and FDB'S, various Earthing and lighting protection systems.
5. Prepare the BOQ, Estimation & Materials submittals for MEP works
6.Site Supervision during installation of containment (cable Tray, Cable ladder & G.I conduit), Lighting & power wiring, DB dressing, LV power cable installation, LV switchgear & ELV system installation as per consultant approved drawing.
7.Supervising, leading and co- ordination of site foreman's for the field installation works to meet the contractual date.
8.Tracking the material delivery with suppliers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
