Manage multiple MEP projects parallelly
Ensure project execution is in line with schedule and within the estimated cost for electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems
Provide MEP system installation, maintenance and technical advice to service providers, supervisors and inspectors
Inspect, analyze and find solutions for engineering issues related to the MEP features
Review and evaluate the work of contractors, consultants and other construction industry professionals
Review contractor drawings and installation method statements to ensure they comply with the MEP design plan
Make technical clarifications to resolve coordination issues and design modifications to suit specific on-site construction requirements
Monitor and maintain on-site health and safety policies and explaining the necessity of complying with these to the team
