MEP Engineer (2 Positions)
Job Summary:
We are seeking two highly motivated MEP Engineers with specific experience in the UAE fit-out sector. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the planning, design, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for interior fit-out projects. They will ensure all MEP works comply with local regulations, project specifications, and are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all MEP activities on-site for fit-out projects.
• Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and shop drawings for compliance and constructability.
• Coordinate MEP works with architectural, structural, and interior elements to avoid clashes.
• Prepare MEP material submittals, method statements, and inspection requests.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor site progress, quality of work, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation of project schedules, progress reports, and as-built drawings.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions for MEP-related problems on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of proven UAE experience, preferably within the fit-out industry.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of UAE authority regulations (DEWA, DM, Trakhees, etc.) and submission procedures.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant MEP design software.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 6,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
• Company-provided car.
