About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to deliver coordinated building services across design and construction, with strong exposure to authority approvals and site execution.
Responsibilities

Produce and coordinate MEP designs (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting) along with calculations, drawings, and BOQs.
Develop and maintain Revit MEP models; resolve clashes with architecture, structure, and electrical.
Support site activities: review shop drawings and materials, conduct inspections/WIRs, track RFIs, and assist T&C for handover.
Prepare and follow up on authority submissions/NOCs with DM, DEWA, DCD, RTA, Empower, DDA/Trakhees, and master developers.
Ensure compliance with UAE codes, ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC, and Dubai Green Building Regulations (Al Sa'fat).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

5-10 years of MEP experience (UAE experience preferred); strong mechanical/plumbing focus is a plus.
Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD; working knowledge of HAP, Elite, and Navisworks.
Strong site coordination, QA/QC, and stakeholder communication skills.
UAE Driving License preferred.
