Al Dalil Almtmez General Contracting is seeking a motivated and skilled MEP Engineer to join our team, specializing in HVAC and Plumbing design and site supervision for fit-out and construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed HVAC and plumbing drawings for fit-out projects.

Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, diffuser selection, ventilation design, chilled water calculations, and pipe sizing.

Design water supply and drainage layouts in compliance with local standards.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for MEP systems.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, project engineers, and site supervisors.

Support site supervision and monitor installation works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.

Assist in resolving site coordination issues and technical challenges.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

1-2 years of UAE experience in MEP design and site supervision.

Valid UAE Driving License.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Duct Sizer, Pipe Sizer, or similar engineering software.

Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and take responsibility for both design and supervision tasks.
