Job Summary:

The MEP Engineer is responsible for the design, coordination, and supervision of

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing

systems in construction and interior fit-out projects. The role ensures all MEP works are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design, quality, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily MEP site activities. Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Plan and assign tasks to MEP technicians and subcontractors for efficient workflow. Coordinate with civil and finishing teams to ensure smooth project progress. Monitor material usage and request required materials in advance. Verify installations, testing, and commissioning activities are completed as per standards. Report daily progress, manpower, and issues to the site engineer or project manager. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Attend coordination meetings and assist in resolving on-site technical issues. Support project handover documentation and final inspection procedures.
Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP supervision, preferably in construction or fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting, and electrical systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
