Job Description

:

Taking ownership and responsibility for producing drawings and all design drawing reading Design all types of Swimming pool and Water features Design calculation and Pump head loss calculation CAD and BIM coordination Providing CAD detail and output on CAD Detail knowledge of drawing checking and preparation Knowledge of auto CAD MEP design and detailed design of pool drawings and plant room drawings Basic calculations on pipe size, flow and velocity Pool wall and surface area calculation and any co-ordinates detail compliance Detail design on all GRP Pool, MEP and structural details Electrical drawing reading and preparing Basic knowledge or reading BIM files and if any inputs required. Other related to job oriented Preparation of Mechanical services (eg. Plumbing, Electrical)shop/detail drawings and as built drawings. Preparation of MEP coordination drawings with other trade i.e. structural, Architectural, and electrical &interior design. Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings. Preparation of Schematic diagram and isometric layouts. Preparation of layout according to the local and international Standards Developing the Plan room layout and sectional detail. Basic knowledge of different Mechanical equipment in term of function Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company

Technical Skills:

Education: Diploma / Bachelor in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering At least 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Draughtsman in Swimming pool field Expert knowledge of Mechanical System Advanced knowledge of MS Office and PDF Tools Must have basic knowledge in Electrical, Architecture, Structural and related field.
