Salary Range: AED 4,000 - AED 8,000/month (based on experience)

We are seeking a skilled

MEP CAD Draftsman

with experience in

swimming pool, spa, and water feature systems.

The successful candidate will prepare detailed

shop drawings and schematic diagrams using CAD software

, coordinate closely with engineering and site teams, and ensure documentation complies with

project and municipal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate shop drawings for swimming pools, spas, and water features using AutoCAD. Modify and update drawings as per project needs and redlines. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and site teams to ensure alignment with project requirements. Prepare plumbing sections, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings based on site conditions. Ensure all drawings comply with Dubai Municipality standards and pool safety guidelines. Organize and maintain CAD files and project documentation. Perform occasional site visits to collect or verify drawing data. Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to ensure drawing implementation accuracy. Provide input or supervision for drawing improvements and revisions when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. Minimum

3+ years CAD drafting experience, specifically in swimming pools & water features.

Proficient in

AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an advantage.

Familiarity with

Dubai Municipality pool submission requirements.

Excellent English communication (written & verbal). Strong attention to detail and quality control. Ability to handle standard documentation for project submissions.
