Job Overview

We are currently hiring

MEP CAD Draftsmen

with a strong background in drafting for swimming pools, spas, and water feature systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate shop drawings, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring compliance with project and municipality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare detailed CAD shop drawings and schematics for swimming pools, spas, and water features Modify drawings based on project redlines and revisions Collaborate with engineers, designers, and site teams to align on project needs Develop plumbing sections, schematic diagrams, and as-built drawings Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and safety standards Maintain organized CAD files and project documentation Conduct site visits when required to verify drawing accuracy Coordinate with contractors and site engineers to ensure execution accuracy Support design improvements and revisions as needed

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in CAD drafting for swimming pools and water features Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit is an added advantage Familiarity with Dubai Municipality pool submission standards Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to manage documentation for project submissions Male candidates only (as per client/project requirement)
