with experience (2-3 years) in the MEP Contracting field to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing precise technical drawings and plans for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring compliance with local standards and project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Develop detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD and other drafting tools.
Coordinate with engineers and consultants to incorporate design changes and updates.
Ensure all drawings adhere to Dubai regulations and project specifications.
Prepare as-built drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals as needed.
Assist in resolving technical issues during the design and construction phases.
Maintain and organize project documentation and drawing records.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Architect's MEP Draftsman in an MEP Contracting company, preferably in Dubai.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant drafting software.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, standards, and local building codes.
Ability to interpret and translate engineering designs into accurate drawings.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Diploma or certification in drafting, design, or a related field is preferred.
