Supervises the preparation of technical drawings based on rough sketches, specification and calculations from engineers, surveyors and designers and MEP engineers.
Critically review the relevant documents prior to start of site works and prepare MEP calculations for HVAC drawings, plumbing, piping and small substation and electrical works.
Design change requirements, including but not limited to piping, plumbing, firefighting design
Identify any deviation in the design and provide justification for the deviation.
Report to Design Manger as well as MEP manager for smooth coordination for design work.
Requirements:
Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
Ability to draw manually favorable.
Ability to work well in a team and on your own.
Ability to respond well to criticism and maintain a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
30 years old and below (Male candidate).
Diploma/University Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Design Engineering
At least 2-5 years of experience
(UAE)
in MEP Field and MEP design detailing
Knowledge of MS Word, Excel & Outlook, and Auto Cad is required
