Prepare detailed technical drawings and layouts for mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems in compliance with project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop shop drawings for HVAC ducts, piping, and plumbing layouts using AutoCAD/Revit.
Coordinate mechanical drawings with civil, architectural, and electrical disciplines.
Prepare as-built drawings after completion of works.
Update drawings based on consultants'/engineers' comments.
Maintain organized drawing registers and ensure timely submission.
Qualifications:
Certification in Mechanical Drafting or AutoCAD.
0-1 years drafting experience in MEP contracting/Fit Out.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP preferred.
