We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically strong
MEP Draftsman
to join our growing team. You'll be working closely with our MEP Engineers to translate design concepts into clear, buildable technical drawings for high-end interior fit-out projects (mainly commercial).
What You'll Do:
Prepare detailed MEP drawings (mechanical and plumbing) in coordination with design intent
Support MEP Engineers in developing construction details and documentation
Coordinate with design, site, and procurement teams to ensure drawing accuracy
Make revisions based on feedback from engineers, technical, or site teams
Ensure all drawings meet project timelines and standards
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience as an MEP Draftsman within interior design, fit-out, or construction
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and related mechanical systems (excluding electrical)
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; knowledge of Revit is a plus
Ability to understand and implement design intent and technical specifications precisely
Based in the UAE and available to join immediately or within a short notice
