Prepare detailed MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) using AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting tools.
Convert design concepts and engineering sketches into coordinated and accurate technical drawings.
Ensure all MEP drawings comply with local codes, international standards (ASHRAE, NFPA, DEWA, ADDC, etc.), and client specifications.
Coordinate MEP services with architectural, structural, and interior layouts to avoid clashes using 2D and 3D models.
Develop shop drawings, as-built drawings, and installation details for HVAC, firefighting, drainage, water supply, lighting, and power systems.
Revise and update drawings based on engineering feedback, site conditions, and inspection comments.
Maintain organized records and documentation of drawings, revisions, and technical files.
Assist in the preparation of technical submissions for authority approvals and tender documents.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, submission schedules, and quality standards.
