MistAmerica Outdoor Comfort Solutions LLC is a specialized engineering and contracting company providing advanced outdoor cooling, misting, ventilation, and environmental control systems across the UAE and GCC. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
MEP Draftsman
to join our engineering team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate MEP shop drawings for outdoor misting systems, cooling fans, high-pressure piping, RO water systems, drainage, and electrical routing.
Develop layouts, sections, elevations, schematics, and installation details using AutoCAD (and Revit where applicable).
Coordinate drawings with consultants, main contractors, architects, landscape designers, and structural teams.
Prepare shop drawing submissions, revisions, and final as-built drawings.
Support site teams with drawings, layouts, and technical clarifications during installation and commissioning.
Maintain proper document control and revision tracking in accordance with project procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Plumbing Drafting or Engineering.
3-7 years UAE / GCC experience
as an MEP Draftsman (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in
AutoCAD
. Revit MEP experience is an advantage.
Experience with plumbing, piping, pumps, filtration, irrigation, misting, or HVAC-related systems preferred.
Good understanding of coordinated MEP shop drawings and construction practices.
Familiarity with UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, DEWA, ADDC, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
