to join our engineering and construction team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings in coordination with engineers, consultants, and site teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local authority requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, layout drawings, and as-built drawings as per approved designs
Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and civil teams for clash-free drawings
Revise drawings based on site instructions, consultant comments, and authority approvals
Ensure drawings comply with UAE authority standards (DEWA, ADDC, DM, Civil Defense, etc.)
Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers
Support site teams with technical drawings and clarifications
Ensure timely submission of drawings to meet project schedules
Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or Drafting
Minimum
2-5 years of UAE experience
as an MEP Draftsman
Proficient in
AutoCAD
(Revit MEP knowledge is an advantage)
Strong understanding of MEP systems, coordination, and local authority standards
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good communication and coordination skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
