to join our construction/fit-out team. The candidate must have strong knowledge of
MEP shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings
in compliance with UAE authority standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare
MEP shop drawings
(Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) as per approved design and site conditions
Develop
as-built drawings
after project completion
Coordinate MEP drawings with
architectural and structural drawings
Modify drawings based on
authority comments
(DM, DCD, DEWA, DDA, Trakhees, etc.)
Assist engineers with
BOQ take-off
and technical submissions
Ensure drawings comply with
local codes, standards, and project specifications
Maintain proper drawing revisions and documentation
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical or related field
Minimum
2 years UAE experience
as an MEP Draftsman
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD
(Revit knowledge is an advantage)
Experience in
shop drawings and coordination drawings
Familiar with
UAE authorities approval process
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Skills:
AutoCAD (Mandatory)
Basic knowledge of Revit (Preferred)
Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Electrical)
Good communication and coordination skills
