Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD or relevant software.
Perform AC load calculations and prepare HVAC layouts.
Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure technical accuracy.
Review architectural and interior drawings for MEP requirements.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and local regulations.
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant experience as an MEP Draftsman in interior, commercial, or fit-out projects.
Proficient in AutoCAD and MEP drafting software.
Hands-on experience with HVAC/AC calculations and ducting layouts.
Good understanding of MEP systems, materials, and construction methods.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
