We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) approval drawings and coordination layouts as per project requirements.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Drainage, etc.) using AutoCAD or Revit.
Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural layouts.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and authority requirements.
Prepare as-built drawings after site verification.
Work closely with engineers and site teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements & Skills:
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of UAE/Gulf experience in MEP drafting.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).
Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
