Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering.
Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, or BIM tools is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office and relevant mechanical design tools.
Experience in Auto CAD drafting for HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection and LPG systems (experience in Electrical is a plus).
Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably high-rise building projects in the GCC region.
Familiar with international and local authority standards such as ASME, ISO, ANSI, SMACNA, ASHRAE, NFPA, DEWA, DM etc.).
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection and LPG systems.
Experience with Dubai authority approvals (DEWA, DM, DDA, DCD, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Drafting of HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection and LPG systems.
Prepare accurate detailed drawings and layouts as per standards and requirements.
Ensure full compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, industry standards and codes.
Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and other discipline to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
Maintain and update drawing records, documentation and backups for future reference.
