in MEP drafting for buildings and infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of
MEP design principles
and coordination
Proficient in
AutoCAD
(Revit and Civil 3D knowledge is a plus)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Good understanding of local authority requirements and standards
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D and 3D MEP shop drawings (HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing)
Coordinate drawings with architectural and structural layouts
Ensure drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and local building codes
Revise and update drawings based on markups or site changes
Prepare accurate as-built drawings after installation
Support engineers and site teams with layout and technical details
Maintain proper documentation and drawing logs
