Job Description

To prepare detailed and accurate MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with project specifications and local authority regulations. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and a solid understanding of UAE construction practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting drawings as per project and consultant requirements. Create coordination drawings to resolve clashes between architectural, structural, and MEP services. Prepare builders' work drawings, schematic diagrams, and detailed sections. Review project specifications and ensure all drawings comply with design intent and local authority codes (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.). Coordinate with MEP engineers, site team, and other trades for design changes and modifications. Prepare as-built drawings based on red-line markups from site. Maintain drawing logs and ensure timely submission of deliverables. Assist in the preparation of authority submission drawings when required.
Requirements:

Experience:

3-7 years of MEP drafting experience in the UAE, with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficient in

AutoCAD

(2D, 3D preferred). Familiarity with

Revit MEP

,

Navisworks, SKETCHUP

and

MS Office

is a plus. Excellent knowledge of UAE MEP standards and authority requirements (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.). Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. Understanding of MEP installation methods and coordination practices.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
