We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented

MEP Draftsman

with over

5 years

of proven experience in the

GCC region

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive MEP drawings for various construction and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software. Coordinate and collaborate with MEP engineers, architects, and site teams. Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to incorporate MEP services. Ensure drawings are up-to-date and reflect the latest revisions and design changes. Maintain document control and proper filing of all drawings and related documents. Assist in preparing as-built drawings and shop drawings for submission and approval.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of MEP drafting experience in the GCC region. Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit and other BIM tools is a plus. Strong knowledge of MEP systems, codes, and standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Drafting or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with consultants and contractors on large-scale projects. Familiarity with local municipality and authority requirements (e.g., DEWA, SEWA, etc.).
