Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional

MEP Draftsman

with a minimum of

2 years' experience

in the UAE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing and drafting MEP systems, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, using AutoCAD software. You will work closely with engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects and contribute to a variety of commercial, residential, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed technical drawings for MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) using AutoCAD. Coordinate with MEP engineers to ensure that designs meet the project specifications and standards. Prepare construction documents, layouts, and schematics for various building systems. Ensure that designs adhere to building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Revise and update drawings as necessary based on feedback from engineers and project managers. Conduct site visits for data collection and to address design challenges during the construction phase. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects.

Requirements:

Minimum of

2 years UAE experience

as an MEP Draftsman. Proficient in AutoCAD software. Strong understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical). Knowledge of UAE building codes and construction regulations. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
