Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of other relevant softwares).
Proficient in MS Office and relevant mechanical design tools.
Experience in Auto CAD drafting for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire protection and LPG systems is a must
Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the GCC region.
Familiar with international and local authority standards.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire protection systems.
Experience with UAE authority approvals (DEWA, DM, DDA, DCD, etc.) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
Drafting of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire protection systems.
Prepare accurate detailed drawings and layouts as per standards and requirements.
Ensure full compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, industry standards and codes.
Coordinate with engineers, project teams, and other discipline to ensure designs meet technical requirements.
Maintain and update drawing records, documentation and backups for future reference.
