Key Responsibilities
Prepare
MEP shop drawings
,
coordination drawings
, and
as-built drawings
in accordance with project specifications and standards.
Coordinate with
MEP engineers
, project managers, and site teams to gather required technical information.
Update drawings based on
site conditions
, engineer comments, and consultant feedback.
Ensure all drawings are accurate, compliant with
MEP standards
, and ready for submission.
Prepare detailed layouts for
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting
systems.
Review and interpret
construction drawings, BOQ, and tender documents
.
Maintain and organize drawing files and documentation.
Assist in preparing
builder work details
,
coordination layouts
, and
sectional drawings
.
Attend coordination meetings when required.
Ensure timely completion of all assigned drafting tasks.
Requirements
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
as an MEP Draftsman in a contracting company.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
(2D required; 3D is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of
HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting
systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
