Mep Design Manger
Job Description
Lead the design process for MEP systems, with a particular focus on electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, fire alarms, etc.).
Review and validate MEP design documents, drawings, and specifications from consultants.
Manage external MEP consultants, ensuring design quality, compliance with codes, and alignment with project goals.
Prepare/Review and shop drawings, technical submittals, and material samples.
Ensure all MEP designs, calculations comply with local, national, and international standards.
Attend design and coordination meetings and lead discussions related to MEP services.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred).
10+ years of experience in MEP design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, Electrical calculations, codes, and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Dialux, ETAP).
Should have strong knowledge in Auto CAD.
