We are seeking a talented MEP Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our prestigious projects across the UAE
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed MEP designs, drawings, and specifications for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems tailored to interior fit-out projects.
Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings using CAD and BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Collaborate with interior designers, architects, and project managers to ensure MEP systems align with aesthetic and functional project goals.
Conduct design calculations, load analysis, and equipment sizing to meet project requirements.
Ensure compliance with UAE building codes and local authority regulations (e.g., DEWA, DM, ADDC).
Perform site visits to monitor design implementation and address technical challenges.
Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
Stay updated on the latest MEP technologies and trends relevant to interior design projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
Minimum 5
years of relevant work experience in the UAE
preferred.
Proficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating technical drawings and designs. Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP design software
Excellent communication, coordination, and technical skills.
UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
