Design HVAC systems, including heat load calculations, duct layouts, and equipment selection.
Develop plumbing and drainage layouts as per local authority codes.
Prepare fire protection system designs in line with Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) standards.
Create detailed MEP drawings using AutoCAD and related software. .
Perform essential engineering calculations for HVAC and plumbing systems.
Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and Electrical teams to ensure smooth integration.
Prepare submission documents and follow up with DCD, DEWA, DM, and others for approvals.
Assist in preparing BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents.
Attend coordination meetings and resolve technical design issues.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
