Design and develop MEP systems for construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data and ensure the feasibility of MEP designs.
Use industry-standard software to create detailed plans, drawings, BOQ, and specifications for MEP systems.
Oversee the installation and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring quality control and compliance with building codes and regulations.
Conduct thorough inspections and testing of MEP systems to identify and resolve any issues or deficiencies.
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate MEP installations and resolve any conflicts or design changes.
Provide technical assistance and guidance to project teams and clients regarding MEP systems and maintenance.
Responsible for overseeing all MEP work.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an MEP Engineer in the UAE.
Experience in plumbing, MEP coordination, electrical engineering, building services, and MEP systems.
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations, and proficiency in Revit software.
Revit experience is a must.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
