to manage and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for
high-rise buildings and villa projects
in Dubai. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between all trades, compliance with approved drawings, and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate MEP works with civil, architectural, and structural teams
Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, and MEP layouts for high-rise & villas
Ensure installation of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting & ELV systems
Resolve site coordination clashes and discrepancies
Monitor progress and ensure works meet project schedules
Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure compliance with quality standards and HSE requirements
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum
5+ years experience
as an MEP Coordinator in
high-rise & villa projects
Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards and authorities requirements
Proficient in reading and coordinating MEP drawings
Knowledge of AutoCAD; BIM coordination is an advantage
Good communication and leadership skills
