The Role
The Projects coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the Project Manager, in the following:

Projects related reports, updates and documents.

Projects folders (organize and update).

Day to day tasks (update all software, reports, follow up on schedule, coordinationbetween internal departments and suppliers)

Respond to important emails properly, if needed.

Understand & read layouts (Fitout, MEP)

Complete site visit and report back. (If needed)

Ability to meet deadlines.



Requirements

Candidate must have:

1 to 2 years experience in Fitout and Project management (with a contractor, designer or fit-out company)

Positive attitude, self Confidence, Enthusiasm

Great Communication and administrative skills.
