Abu Al-Naga Contracting Company is seeking a skilled

MEP Coordinator

with at least

7 years of experience in building projects

to manage and oversee all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will ensure all MEP installations are efficiently coordinated, comply with specifications and codes, and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all MEP works (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting) across building construction sites. Review and verify MEP drawings, materials, and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirements. Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP services. Monitor work progress, quality, and safety standards during all phases of installation. Attend technical meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve MEP-related issues. Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation related to MEP activities. Oversee MEP testing, commissioning, and final handover of systems. Ensure adherence to local construction codes and safety regulations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Minimum of

7 years of proven experience

in MEP coordination on

building construction projects

. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other MEP software tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and authority approvals (DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.) is an advantage.
