The Role

MEP Contracts/Projects Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a Leading MEP Contractor embarking on a period of growth in the UAE. The role: Analyse MEP drawings and specifications for accuracy, constructability and compliance with internal/external standards. Schedule MEP installation activities for conformance to deadlines and availability of required resources. Track projects, managing onsite activities and adhere to all contractual stipulations. Provide support for all stages of projects, attending interviews to ascertain requirements, coordinated with different service disciplines, and manage end-to-end MEP services. Oversee procurement, planning, drawings, technical submittals, design queries resolution, progress management, site supervision, and coordination with engineering, architectural, and construction teams.



Requirements

Requirements:

Min 15 years MEP projects delivery experience ideally with a reputable Sub/Main contractor. Must be able to show the ability/organisational skills required to run multiple projects at any one time, co ordinating and motivating a team of site based Project Mgrs and delivery teams. A strong background of dealing with multiple complex stakeholders and manage reporting up the chain as well as down. UAE exposure would be preferred but GCC would suffice or potentially the right candidate looking for a 1st move out of the UK. Strong English written and communication skills. Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal, cross-functional, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
