Specialization or certification in Building Automation / BMS
is mandatory.
KNX / Schneider Electric certification
is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Installation, wiring, testing, and maintenance of
Building Automation Systems (BMS)
.
Work with
HVAC controls
, sensors, actuators, and field devices.
Electrical wiring works for residential and commercial buildings.
Installation and support of
control panels
, starters (DOL, Star-Delta, RDOL).
Assist in testing & commissioning activities.
Integration support with
Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems
.
Read and understand MEP drawings and site layouts.
Troubleshooting and on-site technical support.
Required Skills:
Practical experience with
BMS / KNX / Schneider systems
.
Good understanding of
HVAC & MEP systems
.
Knowledge of electrical protection devices (MCB, MCCB, RCCB, ELCB).
Ability to work on-site and follow technical instructions.
Preferred (Added Advantage):
Experience in residential & commercial projects.
UAE/Gulf experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of IoT or automation networking.
