Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

MEP BIM Coordinator

to join our growing BIM team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in

MEP coordination, Revit modeling, clash detection, and BIM workflows (LOD 300-400/500)

. You will work closely with our BIM Manager, modelers, contractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality coordinated models for large-scale UAE projects.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate

MEP services

(HVAC, Plumbing, Drainage, Electrical, Firefighting, ELV) using Revit and Navisworks. Review, manage, and update

MEP BIM models

in line with project BEP and ISO 19650 standards. Conduct

clash detection

and prepare coordination reports using Navisworks Manage. Lead weekly coordination meetings with internal teams and external consultants/contractors. Ensure modeling accuracy as per

LOD 300-400/500

requirements. Coordinate with Architectural and Structural teams to maintain fully integrated models. Prepare

builders work, sleeve/downtake openings

, and coordinated shop drawings. Support site team with updated MEP models and resolve design/coordination issues. Maintain model documentation, issue logs, and workflows on ACC/BIM360/Aconex.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.

4-6 years UAE experience

in MEP BIM Coordination (mandatory). Expert in

Revit MEP

(modeling + coordination). Strong knowledge of

Navisworks Manage

(clash detection, reports). Understanding of MEP systems and construction methodologies. Experience with

shop drawings

, Aconex, and coordination workflows. Knowledge of

ISO 19650

, LOD standards, BEP, and project documentation. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. Good communication skills and team coordination abilities.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
